After the successful launch of Redmi Note 3 smartphone earlier this year and the Mi Max phablet last month, Xiaomi is all to to launch Redmi 3S, its latest budget 4G smartphone in India soon. It was announced in China last month.  It has a metal body, fingerprint sensor on the back and packs a 4100mAh battery. It comes in two variants, one with 2GB RAM and 16GB storage and other version with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage. It is not clear if the company is planning to launch both the versions in the country. Xiaomi just announced Redmi Pro, the company’s latest smartphone in the Redmi series at an event in China. It has a 5.5-inch 1080p OLED 2.5D curved glass display, is powered by a deca-core MediaTek Helio X20 / X25 SoC and runs on MIUI 8 based on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow). Gionee has announced M6 and M6 Plus smartphones in China. The Gionee M6 packs in a 5.5-inch 1080p AMOLED display and the M6 Plus packs a 6-inch 1080p AMOLED screen. Both the phones are powered by an Octa-Core MediaTek Helio P10 SoC and run Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) with Amigo OS 3.2 on top. The Gionee M6 has a 13-megapixel rear camera with phase-detection auto-focus (PDAF), LED flash and the M6 Plus has a 16-megapixel rear camera. Both the phones have a 8-megapixel front-facing camera.
