Honor 9 with dual rear cameras, 6GB RAM, Android 7.0 to be announced on June 12

Huawei’s Honor brand has scheduled an event on June 12 to unveil its new top-end smartphone – Honor 9. It will come with dual rear cameras and a glass back, similar to the Honor 8. It got certified in TENAA recently that confirmed the specifications of the phone that includes a 5.15-inch 1080p display, Kirin 960 SoC, 4GB or 6GB RAM options, Android 7.0 (Nougat), 12-megapixel and 2-megapixel dual rear cameras and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera.

Even though the listing only shows Gold color, it is expected to come in several colors, similar to the predecessor. The Honor 9 event takes place at Shanghai Oriental Sports Center. We should know the price of the smartphone next Monday.

Samsung Galaxy S7 Press Image Surfaces

Ladies and gentlemen, we now have what might be the very first renders that accurately present Samsung's Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge, both of which will likely be announced next month at MWC 2016 (on February 21, to be exact). Revealed by @evleaks , the renders seem to be press images that may have originated from Samsung (thus not being fan-made renders). LeEco (formerly known as Letv) today announced that it sold 70,000 Le 1s smartphones in just 2 seconds in the first flash sale at 12 noon on Flipkart. The company said that this is a new record in India. Yesterday Flipkart announced that it received over 5,30,000 lakh registrations for the smartphone within 10 days after registration opened.
