Samsung Galaxy Unpacked 2016 set for Feb 21 in Barcelona, Galaxy S7 and S7 edge expected












 After the leaked screen-grabs from the official video, Samsung has officially announced its Galaxy Unpacked 2016 on February 21st in Barcelona, before the MWC show floor opens on February 22nd. As we already know, the Korean giant is expected to announce its flagship Galaxy S7 and the Galaxy S7 edge smartphones at the event. According to recent rumors, it is not expected to announce the Galaxy S7 edge+ at the event.


The invite has the usual glowing box in usual Samsung fashion. It also shows a man wearing the Samsung VR headset and looking at the box. The teaser video also has #TheNextGalaxy tag and the Feb 21 announcement date. Samsung is expected to start shipping these new flagship smartphones starting from March 11th.
The Galaxy Unpacked 2015 takes place at CCIB (Centre de Convencions Internacional de Barcelona) on February 21st, Sunday and starts at 19:00 CET (11:30 PM IST). Samsung will live stream the event on their YouTube channel as usual. Check out the teaser video below.

Samsung Galaxy S7 Press Image Surfaces

Ladies and gentlemen, we now have what might be the very first renders that accurately present Samsung's Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge, both of which will likely be announced next month at MWC 2016 (on February 21, to be exact). Revealed by @evleaks , the renders seem to be press images that may have originated from Samsung (thus not being fan-made renders).
